THL Podcast Ep. 13 – Brigwyn and Daewin risk life and limb (well, maybe not entirely)

The Hunting Lodge Podcast is a weekly World of Warcraft Podcast for the Hunter community. Hosted by Brigwyn and Daewin of The Hunting Lodge. Yes, we know we’re a couple days late on getting it released.  Trust me, if I didn’t know better I’d swear that Episode 13 just didn’t want to happen. First, I had the flu and probably sound like crap, so I’m sorry for that.  Next, Daewin had to work late and we didn’t get our usual 1 hour preshow check in.  And then add to that this week’s trials and tribulations between work, illness and other real life happenings.

But if you put all that aside, this is still an awesome podcast.  Thanks to the folks like you that sent in your emails and give us such awesome topics to discuss.

• Marrowgar and Sindragosa’s testing is now complete (Seems 3.3 is on it’s way)
• Blizzard releases info on the In-game Quest Tracker tool
• Bornakk says Quel-Delar can be a hunter weapon
• You guys rock! Azeroth United’s Hands, Hearts and Voices for Child’s Play reached it’s first goal of $5,000 and is now going for $10,000 by December 13, 2009. (As of today Azeroth United has earned over $6,400.)
• Congratulations to Waddles on Executus on levelig your Warrior to 80 before I got Brig #4 to 80.

What is Blizzard talking about? Hunters and Focus? But I don’t want to play a rogue?  And how will it all work anyways?

• First, as we see with Quel’Delar Bornakk eliminates Hunters as being like Mages or DK’s
• Ghostcrawler gives tip on what Hunters should focus on: “You probably won’t focus on Agi or Sta since it will be on your gear in relatively inflexible amounts already. You could gem or enchant for it though. You’d probably look at hit, crit, haste and mastery and decide what fits your spec and gear the best.”
• Focus will hopefully reduce the cooldown watch
• Hunters will be less like Rogues and more like Feral Druids?
