I’d love to see the gear rating requirements that Blizzard uses behind the scenes for the random Dungeon Finder groups get changed so there’s not such a huge discrepancy in gear between the group.”

Healers healing pets
“I personally feel that a healer is either a bad or very misguided healer if they heal pets as it is solely the hunter’s responsibility to take care of their pet. Thats part of the hunter mechanics! Lastly in some of the new 5-mans damage can get dangerous for your pets so its possible to either simply draw them back or better yet use the new cower which reduces damage taken by 40% which I can say that used in conjunction with mend pet will almost always save your pet. Cower is highly under-utilized.” – Andrew

Or, y’know, have a spare GCD (overgeared tank? overgeared healer? whatever) and feel like boosting overall group DPS by not making the Hunter use the GCD instead.

Awww, you sent the hordes of hunters after me! How sweet! Durotan is actually a PvE realm, but I’ll make myself available for ganking in Wintergrasp or in the battlegrounds (Ruin Battlegroup, which is a wonderful battlegroup for PvP.)
If it’s any consolation, I’m in a DPS race with the top hunter in my guild. He’s kicking my ass, I’ve only beaten him on 1 fight out of maybe 10. Ugh.
@Overgearing – I like the badge run checkbox. As long as loot gets automatically DE’d and randomly distributed it would keep out the newer players looking for gear. I haven’t had any elitist problems thus far.
Unless I misunderstood, you seem to be propogating a common misconception with regard to loot rolls. Rolling DE does *not* have a higher priority than rolling greed. They are at equal priority.
